Link almost any system to another
Combine data from multiple systems
Can be as simple as sending an email or a CSV file
Generate cross references or comparisons
Unlike products with similar features that provide tools but require you to design and configure integrations we do all the hard work for you - building the scripts and making sure the results are tested
All messages, events, attachments and actions are logged and held on our server for audit purposes and your perusal (for up to 60 days)
We can talk with APIs (REST, SOAP etc), CSV imports and exports, text files, PDFs with embedded data, and more - if you have something unique then let us know
No more waiting for staff to enter details or check systems - automation happens as we receive messages or events are triggered and our toolset has been tuned and improved over many years
Because there's little programming involved and we do most things with control scripts we're able to handle most requirements with a minimum of fuss
Rather than building systems from scratch we make extensive use of tried and tested utilities to provide as much of your solution as possible.
By utilising our powerful integration toolset it is possible to link together the vast majority of computer systems. We can make use of the most common methods such as API linkage - but we can also use less obvious means like extracting transactional data from emails or reports.
Because it's a toolset specifically built to process integration it's quick to configure, simple to deploy and thus costs far less than a traditional development project.
We can read data from multiple systems and build complex transactions for posting - again via APIs - or maybe you only have a file import facility - well that's no problem either.
From the big SAAS providers such as SAP, SalesForce and Xero to the smallest bespoke, in-house package we can normally find a way to make your lives simpler and cut out those tedious, error-prone tasks of re-keying data.
Xero, SAP, SalesForce, All On Mobile, PowerSuite, PropMan, TomTom WebFleet - just a few of the systems we talk to.
A company receives email notifications of orders or work instructions from a third party call centre. Scripted Links retrieves the essential data from the email and uses it to create a job on a mobile device using AllOnMobile's work management system. The mobile worker can then fill in additional details before submitting the job. Once submitted we can log essential details in a format suitable for input to the customer's Sage accounting system
Scripted Links interfaces to a TomTom's Webfleet system and retrieves all jobs allocated for the day. It then uses the data from each job to create an entry in a back office system where the jobs are monitored. When the jobs are recorded as completed the back office system sends an email to Scripted Links causing the generation of a formatted PDF invoice and an automated update to the CRM
Calls taken in the customer contact centre raise an automated email to Scripted Links where the data is extracted and suitable calls are made to the back office system. The back office system already has a link with it's own mobile facility and work instructions are thus delivered to a mobile team. When they complete their work the back office is updated, it sends an email to Scripted Links and the data is used to close or update the case in the CRM
Back office systems, Software as a Service - whatever software you use there's likely to be a way to get it to integrate - often without buying that expensive toolkit that suppliers want you to take.
